Booking cancelled within 2 hours — 50% refund

Salon cancels or doesn't show up — 100% refund

Service quality issue (with valid complaint) — Full or partial refund

When Refund is Not Applicable

No-show without prior cancellation

Completed services with no valid complaint

Pay-at-salon bookings (no online payment made)
