Free Cancellation
Cancel at least 2 hours before schedule — full refund.
Late Cancellation
Cancel within 2 hours of schedule — 50% refund.
No Show
If you don't show up for your appointment — no refund.

Refunds for online payments are credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Pay-at-salon bookings can be cancelled without any charges at any time before the appointment.
