If you want to delete your Cutloon account and personal data, you can request deletion anytime. This page explains the process used for app-store compliance.
How To Request Deletion
1) Send a request from your registered email to support@cutloon.com with subject: Delete My Cutloon Account.
2) Include your registered phone number and email in the message for verification.
3) You can also submit the same request using Raise a Ticket inside Cutloon.
What Happens After Request
We verify account ownership before deletion.
Your profile, saved preferences, and non-mandatory personal data are removed from active systems.
Pending bookings may be cancelled as part of the deletion process.
Retention Exceptions
Some records (for example invoices, transaction logs, and legally required audit records) may be retained for the period required by law, then deleted or anonymized.
Typical processing time: up to 7-15 business days after successful verification. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your account data.
