Yes, you can cancel your booking from the Bookings tab. Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the appointment time are eligible for a full refund. Please check our cancellation policy for more details.
Refunds for online payments are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For eligible cancellations, the refund is initiated automatically.
Go to Profile → Register Your Salon. Fill out the application form with your salon details, upload required documents, and pay the registration fee. Our team will review your application and approve it within 24-48 hours.
Yes, all payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details on our servers.
Currently, you'll need to cancel the existing booking and create a new one with your preferred time. We're working on a direct reschedule feature for a future update.
After your appointment is completed, you can leave a review and rating for the salon. Reviews help other users make informed decisions. You can also like or dislike reviews from other customers.
